After our first call, if your are interested in proceeding with us then we strictly follow five-step proven industry-standard method i.e. Plan-Develop-Check-Approval-Deploy.

Custom or Tailor made design and development means all the same. It ensures that the digital product is developed as per client’s choice. The current & future needs of client’s are taken care of at the structuring level itself. Sarvam Creations specializes in providing custom built solutions.

As we are already working for the clients across the globe, there’s no need to meet the client physically in person. We do need regular interaction with the client. For this we use digital technology to connect through including WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and emails. We manage things remotely through software tools to access their systems remotely. We do it even with our local clients, as it saves time & cost for both of us.

As the digital product is developed for each client separately, we treat each work as theirs. Hence, if the client desires to keep the controls and manage their digital product themselves, we have no objections in doing so. However, in certain cases where Website, Mobile App or Game development is done using proprietary codes, the payment terms may vary on case to case basis.

Redesigning is a custom activity and hence depends upon the mode of agreement we did during the project execution. If you have already purchased the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for your digital product, then you will get all the benefits upon which we have been agreed with.
But, if in case you don't have aforementioned AMC and want to make changes or throroughly restructure your digital product by adding or removing features and services it has, we will consider it as a new custom work/project. And, the cost will be applied as per your new demands for your digital product.

As we follow processes for all our projects, we certainly have well-defined documentation system for each one separately. Starting from proposal & quotation to Purchase Order placement then to requirement gathering forms, to making of SRS (Software Requirements Specification) document and signing up of NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) & other agreements or contracts.
For regular reporting also, we follow a certain system. All major communications is put on email for records.
As a registered company, the legal laws are subject to the Ahmedabad Jurisdiction of Gujarat (India).

We make stunning digital products that attracts the internet audience. But, for promoting product through SEO is a different dimension of internet. We directly don't provide that service. Yes, we can guide you some basics to start with.

Usually, our team does debugging and error-checking on all kinds of platforms and devices to ensure the highestly stable outcome of your project. Even then, we understand that crashing the Website, Mobile App or Game involves many things like poor operating system, poor hardware or wrong way of operating.
In such cases, if crashing of your digital product is solely from our side, we can give you from 1 week to 1 month of free support, depending upon the complexities of your digital product. This is the sufficient time in which you can fully check your stuff on various platforms and devices that suit you best.

We usually are never unattentive to our clients. But, sometimes it happens so as you have mentioned du to the accessive quesries and inquiries. In that moment, we keep record of all the unanswered emails, calls and messages we receive.
Once we are done from the current work, we will immediately respons to your pending queries. This never takes more than 24 working hours.
But, please note that we don't work on Saturday-Sunday and on India Public Holidays. On those days, we would prefer you to use our contact page and leave us your query through the email mentioned there or via filling the form we have put there.

Our optimum hours of work are from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM; and from 1:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Payment Terms depend on project to project basis. For bigger deals it is 40:40:20 meaning 40% payment before starting the project after confirmed deal, 40% payment after the half progress is shown and the rest 20% payment after complete submission of the project.
Whereas, for smaller projects, it is 50:50 meaning 50% payment before starting the project after confirmed deal and the rest 50% payment after submitting the project completely.
For Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), it is 100% advance half-yearly and annually.

Domestic clients can make payments easily online through Net Banking (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI.
For International clients we accept payments through Net Banking only, in which case the Withhold Tax (WHT) will be taken care of by the client side, and not from us.

If the payment failure is caused by the technical error of our bank then we will handle the issue and will ask for your co-operation during the process of resolution.
If the payment failure is caused at your end then it is obvious that you need to resolve it as we will not have any access to your credentials regarding your payment methods!
If any confusing dilemma occurs, we always approach the legal financial experts and whatever legal advices they give us, we (you and us) are bound to follow them as per the laws and orders of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction of Gujarat (India).
